Information we use

We use information you send to support@kalpavalli.in to answer enquiries and provide support. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and technical logs to deliver and secure the website. Your shopping bag stores product IDs and quantities in your browser. Staff sign-in uses credentials and session information to protect access to store management.

Orders and payments

Online orders and payments are currently unavailable. Before introducing online checkout, we will explain how your contact, delivery and order information is used and identify our payment and shipping partners. An unsubmitted checkout form does not create an order.

Providers and disclosure

Render hosts our website and Zoho Mail handles customer email. Product photos may load from external image hosts. When Cloudflare R2 photo hosting is configured, Cloudflare receives image requests and technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the photos. Fonts currently load from Google Fonts, which receives browser requests and may receive technical information including your IP address. Authorised staff access information needed for their duties. We may disclose information where legally required or to address fraud or security incidents. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information outside India, subject to applicable requirements.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential session cookies support secure staff sign-in. Local storage remembers shopping bag selections. The current application includes no advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Clearing browser storage may remove your bag or sign you out.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS and authenticated administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security. We review requests to delete personal information in light of our operational needs and legal obligations. Accounting and transaction records may need to be retained by law. Our retention schedule is under review; deletion is handled on request rather than automatically. Hosting-provider logs and backups follow the provider’s retention arrangements.

Your requests

Email support@kalpavalli.in for information about your personal data, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or a privacy complaint. We may request proportionate identity verification. A request does not automatically erase records that must be retained by law. No website account is needed to contact us. Optional marketing, if introduced, will have separate consent and an unsubscribe option.

Children and changes

Our future purchasing service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We will update this policy as services change and provide notice or obtain consent where required.
