Delivery area and dispatch

We dispatch from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, for delivery within India. All orders are prepaid. We usually dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery time is additional and depends on the courier and destination.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs are up to ₹200 per saree. The exact shipping charge and delivery availability for your PIN code will be shown before payment.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times differ by courier, destination and service availability. The available carrier estimate will be provided before purchase and updated after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Contact support if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged; we will investigate with the courier.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address and mobile number before ordering. Email support@kalpavalli.in promptly to request a correction. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Contact us about failed delivery or a parcel returned to origin; any next steps will be communicated directly. We will explain any proposed redelivery arrangements and charges before asking you to agree.
